TED Space – Hanna Nova x Kråkvik D’Orazio

Design Week 2020

In a functionalism apartment on Sturegatan in Stockholm, an exciting and inspiring exhibition was created for Design Week 2020. Furniture, art and carpets by A Part, Cappelen Dimyr, Frama, Anton Alvarez and Jenny Nordberg, to name a few, were shown in the beautiful and intimate environment.

Set design was made by the Norwegian design and interior design duo Kråkvik D’Orazio who with their store Kollekted By in Oslo after this initial collaboration became one of our retailers.

The creative brain behind the exhibition was Hanna Nova Beatrice, founder and editor-in-chief of New Era Magazine. The intention was to show how the home of the future could look like, with a few selected quality objects. Set design was made by the Norwegian design and interior design duo Kråkvik D’Orazio who with their store Kollekted By in Oslo after this initial collaboration became one of our retailers.

All walls in the apartment were painted in Jotun’s Lady Minerals Revive and our fabrics were selected to match the colours and create a soft atmosphere in the rooms. To the colour Humble Yellow, our semi-transparent linen textile Venere Mano Morbida in the colour 3132 matched nicely with its beige yellowish tone.

The pictures below show chair and table from Apart, bowl from Lotta Agaton, lighting from Ann Demeulemeester, side table Hommage by Matti Carlson, Tre Sekel, wooden armchair and stool, Frama, sculptures by Anton Alvarez and Åsa Stenerhag.

For the red and embracing room, the colour Daydream and our sheer semi-transparent linen fabric in double width, Venere Mano Morbida in colour 2231, a grey-beige tone, was used.

Sculpture by Åsa Stenerhag, small objects including shelf from Frama.

Two rooms were painted with the colour Washed Linen, matched with our trevira voile California in colour 3123 and Venere Mano Morbida in colour 2231. The colours have a warm beige-grey tone that creates a cool but homey feeling.

Pink sculpture, art work by the artist Anton Alvarez, yellow sculpture by Åsa Stenerhag, vase from A Part.

Carpet from Cappelen Dimyr and chair from Folk Form.
