The perfect beige
Astrid's team has developed two new inspirational hangers with nine fabrics in long hangings in each hanger. The textiles are selected favorite qualities in a colour scale tone in tone. Our idea is to show how nicely our collections can be matched with each other and how the colours bind our different fabrics together.
The idea is to be able to create a harmonious unity for a home or a room.
The combinations are composed to show our fabrics in different structures and density for both curtains and interior details such as pillows, bedspreads and other things that give the little extra to the room. The idea is to be able to create a harmonious unity for a home or a room.
Fabrics can have different functions in the home, the TV room may need a dense fabric while more light is desired in the kitchen. In the bedroom, a bedspread can match the headboard and to get that soft feeling, one of our more transparent voiles’ can hang together with a denser, heavier fabric. Our hopes are that this blend of fabrics can cover several of these textile needs.
For a start, we have selected two beige colour scales. We think beige works as a harmonious base for the home and it is often the colour that we get the most questions about. Beige tones probably feel soothing just because they are found so often in nature: on the beach, in the woods and on the meadow.
The All Natural Beauty Collection has a more earthy beige scale while The Perfect Beige Collection has a slightly lighter beige scale, to the beige-grey.
