The same warp in three different expressions
With three different bindings used on the same warp, it is possible to create three types of fabrics. Savona is woven with a plain weave that gives a smooth surface, Biella has a classic herringbone binding and Levanto’s binding is called sablé which gives a matte, elegant and slightly stricter look than a washed linen.By using one warp, production becomes more efficient and we can weave smaller editions in more colours.
